Motul 5100 4T 10W-30 is a high performance lubricant for bikes, It uses Technosynthese – Ester technology.

Usage: street & road bikes, trails, off road bikes, enduro, trial…fitted with 4 stroke engines, integrated gearbox or not, wet or dry clutch, engines designed to run a low viscosity lubricant, engines meeting Euro 2 or Euro 3 emission regulation, fitted with exhaust gas after treatment systems : catalytic converters, air injection into exhaust pipe.

Other uses: street bikes without catalytic converters, scooters, ATV, mopeds.

Protection: Technosynthese lubricant reinforced by Ester base stock to warranty anti-wear properties and improve gear protection and life time. Improved oil film resistance at high temperatures. Grade 10W at cold temperature for a better anti wear protection of engine at cranking. Grade 30 at hot temperature, may be used only when recommended by bike manufacturers.

Low Phosphorus and Sulphur content for better operating conditions of catalytic converters required for last emission regulation.

Comfort: JASO MA approved to warranty a perfect lock up of wet clutch. Easy gear shifting.

Recommendations:

Drain interval : according to manufacturers’ recommendations and tune to your own use, usually last between 3500-5500 kms. Can be mixed with synthetic or mineral lubricants.
